Because all Fresh Air First Club products are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or

  • Issue a refund if replacement is not possible

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Incorrect sizing selected

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Shipping delays outside our control
